Medical evidence abstraction and safety evaluation
Literature, guidance and case-style material converted into structured evidence, references and safety boundaries.

Task understanding before scale
A medical-knowledge evaluation used de-identified case-style material, clinical guidelines and published literature to test whether the model could separate findings, population scope, evidence strength and safety boundaries. Medically qualified contributors abstracted evidence and reviewed guideline consistency; high-risk answers received two independent medical reviews with source version, confidence and escalation rationale retained. No real patient information is shown and the work does not provide diagnosis.
Population, intervention, outcome and evidence grade structured
Dual medical review for high-risk conclusions
Provenance, confidence, safety boundary and escalation retained
One structure aligns the questions asked by model, data, procurement and security teams.
Literature, guidance and case-style material converted into structured evidence, references and safety boundaries.
De-identified case-style material, guideline sections and peer-reviewed literature
PICO abstraction, guideline consistency, safety evaluation and dual medical review
Representative batch of approximately 3,600 evidence units with zero PHI exposure
Medical qualification × evidence provenance × safety escalation; Provenance, confidence, safety boundary and escalation retained
Population, intervention, outcome and evidence grade structured; Dual medical review for high-risk conclusions; All high-risk outputs entered dual review with fully traceable sources and escalation paths
